- Don’t worry too much about cardio if strength training feels overwhelming.
In order to maintain good health and fitness in 2021-22, you must think about what your goals are. - Avoid smoking or drinking alcohol.
- You can also reduce stress by doing yoga once per week or meditating each morning for ten minutes before work.
- If you drink caffeine don’t have more than 2 cups of coffee a day as it’s bad for your health when consumed excessively.
The year 2021-22 is the time to start planning your fitness regimen. You want to be ready when you have plenty of free time and limited access to gyms.
